PROJECT - VOLUNTARY BLOOD DONATION

Voluntary Blood donation has always been a passion for Dr. Yudhbir Singh. One may always find him making people aware and motivating them to donate blood for humanity.

During the course, he has already organized around 950 blood donation camps at various places mostly in rural areas of Haryana and has motivated more than one lakh volunteers so far.  

All of these volunteers are Blood Donors, most of them are working as Motivators also and some of them have even become Blood Donation Camp Organizers.

Its only the result of his encouraging local voluntary effort that District Sirsa has achieved the status of only district in the country having 100% Voluntary Blood Donation. 

He has recently been elected as President of Indian Society of Blood Transfusion & Immunohaematology (ISBTI).  

Being President of ISBTI, he is aiming for and is all set to implement the same strategy of encouraging & motivating local volunteers in other districts of the State of Haryana and then throughout the Nation.
